Solid one-pack systems
A complete range of formulated products, which allow the processor to incorporate a one-shot additive to the formulation. Choose from one of our standard products, or take advantage of the concept of tailor making a product to suit your exact needs.

Choose from either conventional Lead based stabilisation or newer generation of Lead replacement stabilisation.

Reapak and Reablend products can be a combination of any of the following components:
· Stabiliser
· Lubricants
· Fillers
· Pigments
· Blowing agents
· PVC
· Processing aids
· Impact modifiers
· Flame retardants

Depending on the final composition of the product, there are a number of delivery form options shown below.

Two and three digit numbers:
conventional Lead based stabilisation

Four digit numbers:
lead replacement stabilisation
