| 11.11.2009 Reagens will appeal against Commission's decision |
| The Commission of the European Union decided today to fine a number of Heat Stabiliser producers, including Reagens SpA, for participation in a price fixing and quota sharing cartel during the 1990s.
Reagens considers that, in respect to itself, the Commission's decision is incorrect and will challenge it in the European Court of First Instance in Luxembourg. The Commission, as far as Reagens is concerned, has made grave mistakes both in relation to the facts and the way this case has been investigated. Reagens believes that the decision will be overturned showing that Reagens is a fair and strong competitor in the market place. |

| In view of always improving the service offered to the customers and of being competitive in the present strongly competitive situation, Reagens Group has started a reorganization of the French market sales net, mainly aiming at optimizing the invoicing system flexibility.
From now on the relations with our French customers will be directly dealt by Reagens S.p.A. through a priviledged contact for logistic and invoicing.
